He has over four decades of experience in the areas of corporate secretarial, legal, finance, and managerial functions. Prior to working with Group he has worked with LIC of India and got retired as Sr. Divisional Manager. Having served the insurance behemoth for more than 38yrs in various capacities including Area Manager LIC Housing Finance during early days of LICHFL in the country. He has also headed financial inclusion programme of GOI in the state of CG.
Mr. Pranab Roy is a Science Graduate and has also done post graduation in Business Administration and LLB.

Jagannath Kompella is a post graduate in Commerce (Accounts), Arts (Sociology) and Masters of Social Work and also a degree holder of Executive Master of Business Administration with Human Resource specialization. He has various professional qualifications in the form of post graduate diplomas along with Diploma in Central excise and Customs Duty as well as Diploma in Export Management. He brings more than 20 years of experience of development sector which includes planning, operation, monitoring, audit and financial management of projects. He has the credential of developing the yearly State Programme Implementation Plan (PIP) with budget estimate of National Rural health Mission (NRHM) of Chhattisgarh state for four years. He is known as a Master Trainer on various social subjects as well as a sound Development Consultant for the last fifteen years in the state of Chhattisagrh. He served as the State in Charge of Population Foundation of India for five year and Senior Programme Manager of Mitanin Kalyan Kosh for two years in the state.
He is responsible for all corporate communications, public relations, and head the corporate social responsibilities of the company. He has vast experience working with NGO on social issues relationship wiith government departments and interacting with general public at large.
